Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or received in an unfit condition.

Refunds will be processed as store credit and do not expire.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at taradha.farms@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the item, if applicable.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
